Product manager who ships, and founder who shipped.

I've spent the last two and a half years building lending products at a fintech and multi-tenant SaaS at a B2B startup — and the last several months building a property management company from an empty domain name to a live, revenue-facing business.

Profile

How I work

I come to product from the operational side — I want to understand the workflow a feature sits inside before I write a requirement for it. At IIFL that meant sitting close to how KYC decisions actually got made; at KeyKeeper it meant personally writing the WhatsApp scripts my own ops team would use.

What I'm looking for

A product role — direct hire or returnship — where I can bring both the structured thinking from an MBA and the scrappiness of having built and debugged a business myself, form by form.

At IIM Calcutta, I led the SPICMACAY Club as President, running a pan-India alliance of 10+ business schools and growing its budget 30% year over year. I was also awarded the Penn State Great Valley Chancellor's Scholarship for an MS in Data Science.

Experience

Two roles, two very different kinds of product complexity.

Product Manager
Buildbooster India Pvt Ltd — Remote
  • Architected a single platform for 20 enterprise customers across ERP, CRM, Martech, and Loyalty on a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem — cutting per-customer implementation effort by 50%.
  • Cut integration time for new enterprise modules by 4 weeks by mapping platform dependencies upfront with engineering before scoping work.
  • Improved platform scalability by 40% through architecture optimization and configuration governance implemented before production release.
  • Lifted user engagement 25% and customer retention 35% by turning telemetry and behavioral data into product decisions.
Product Manager, Digital Lending
IIFL Finance Ltd — Mumbai / Bengaluru
  • Worked on a DigiLocker-based, image-scanning KYC decision — weighing verification accuracy against drop-off at onboarding, a trade-off that shaped how the flow was ultimately approved.
  • Led UAT for a digital lending platform rollout, cutting monthly operating costs by ₹6L through a low-defect launch.
  • Improved cost-per-disbursal by 13% through API integration enhancements to lending and partner workflows.
  • Grew incremental revenue by $60K by standardizing API-driven onboarding workflows to lift conversion.
Management Intern, Sales & Marketing
Bajaj Automobiles — Hyderabad
  • Early exposure to sales and marketing operations ahead of the MBA at IIM Calcutta.
Case study

KeyKeeper — property care for landlords who aren't in the country

A property management and home-care service for NRI and absentee property owners in Hyderabad. I own this end to end: positioning, the website, the operating model, and the tooling that runs it.

The problem

NRI property owners in Hyderabad have no reliable way to check on a home, handle a tenant issue, or get a repair done without flying back. The service exists; what's missing is a business a family abroad would actually trust with the keys.

What I built

  • The full site (keykeeper.in) on WordPress/Elementor — including the pricing tiers, an accordion services page, and a testimonials section, built from custom HTML/CSS/JS widgets rather than off-the-shelf templates.
  • The service catalog and pricing structure itself: Property Care, Rental Management, Monitoring, Emergency Assistance, Repairs, Concierge, and Documentation Support, packaged into Silver/Gold/Platinum plans.
  • The operating model behind the storefront: a gig-style contractor structure over employees, owner-approval steps before any tenant request gets actioned, and cashless-only payments to close off the leakage point most local services like this lose money to.
  • An AI booking agent for the site — a knowledge base grounded in KeyKeeper's own service and pricing content, an embeddable chat widget, and a Node/Express backend that calls the Claude API and emails qualified leads straight to the team.
Site visitor asks the chat widget Chat widget checks knowledge base Answers directly pricing, services, area Booking tool emails the lead to the team

Where it stands now

The site is live and in early traction. Shortly after launch, form submissions were flat — I traced it to a trigger-class bug in the popup CTA buttons and fixed it, alongside a recurring near-white-text-on-white-background bug across several sections. I've since built out SEO groundwork, Google Ads copy targeting NRI search intent, and WhatsApp referral scripts.

Live at keykeeper.in — actively iterating on conversion and lead flow

Toolkit

Delivery

Agile ceremonies, JIRA backlog management, cross-functional work with engineering in regulated and multi-tenant environments.

Building without an engineering team

WordPress, Elementor, and custom HTML/CSS/JS widgets — enough front-end fluency to ship a full site solo.

AI tooling

Hands-on use of LLMs for building and marketing KeyKeeper, including a Claude-API-powered chat and booking agent with a custom Node/Express backend.

Operating model design

Contractor vs. employee structuring, approval workflows, and payment policy design for a service business with real cash-leakage risk.
